For those people who have asked me how to get in touch with the fantastic Tony Porter - reflexologist extraordinaire and all round fantastic person - his phone number is 07768 077414 and his email address is artreflex@btinternet.com. He currently practices in Muswell Hill - so pretty easy journey - and you can park outside. Highly recommended for everything - not just what I've got!

I have just caught up on your lastest few entries and the reading list had me helpless with laughter. I am absolutely certain that humour is a brilliant healer and the stupid doctor who said that you had a negative attitude should read this blog.
We are so lucky to have someone in our midst for whom the cup is not half empty or half full but clearly always completely full and who is so generous as to share this journey with us all.
